Atascadero Little League woud like to invite all interested members to come be a part of the Atascadero Little League board of directors for the 2018 season. As a board member you will help organize and implement the Fall Ball, Spring, and All-Star seasons from late 2017 through late 2018. It's also your chance to help shape the future of our league. The new board term lasts approximately 1 year, from September 2017 to September 2018. Our meeting are typically held on the 1st Wednesday of every month at Rabobank. Meetings start at 6:00 pm and are generally 2-3 hours long depending on the agenda. The board is made up of parents, relatives, guardians and friends of current and former little league players, who are dedicated to providing a quality Little League baseball program for boys and girls of the North County. We are a non-profit, volunteer organization, so the pay is minimal...in fact, it's zero, but the reward is knowing you've helped to put together another great baseball season, and contributed to the growth and development of our hometown league.

If you don't see anything that suits your talents, or you just don't know how much time you can devote, we also have several "Member- At-Large" (non-voting) positions available. In addition, we will be calling upon our entire league membership to help with pre-season field maintenance. We encourage you to volunteer for those opportunities as they become available. Field work days are a great way to meet some nice people while making a big difference in the quality of games.

Board of Director Vacancies

The Atascadero Little League Board of Directors has several vacancies for the 2017 season. We are asking the membership to consider joining the board. We currently have the following positions open:

  • TBD after AUGUST 10th Elections

This is not a complete list of the duties, but represent the main focus of each position. As with all organizations, we are only able to do these things when we have the volunteers. It has been the pleasure of past boards to provide as much as possible to the players and their families. We truly believe that Little League baseball gives you the most value for your registration dollar. Along with our fabulous fundraising efforts, the way we keep the value so high, is through member participation and dedicated volunteers. If you find any of these positions interesting, or you would like more information, please contact us or come to the next board meeting. We look forward to meeting and working with you to bring youth baseball to our growing group of Little Leaguers.
